Aequus Real Estate Services, Officer and Shareholder
Aequus Real Estate Services leased, managed and sold commercial property in the San Antonio area. Primarily involved with office and industrial projects, the company managed as much as 4,000,000 square feet. The company was sold in 1998 to the NYSE listed Grubb and Ellis Company.
Lee Partners, Managing Partner
As co-founder of this commercial real estate venture, Tim was the principal in charge of development and/or acquisition of projects including commercial office buildings, industrial projects and medical facilities.
Metropolitan Contracting Company, Ltd, CEO of the General Partner
In 1986, Tim co-founded Metropolitan Contracting Company. Metropolitan is a private-sector, commercial general contractor that has completed over 3,000 projects across 22 states. With annual sales ranging to nearly $100 million, the company has won over 2-dozen awards recognizing the quality and safety of their workmanship, including 3 national awards. The company was honored in 2008 by The University of Texas at San Antonio and The Ecumenical Center for Religion and Health with the Ethics in Business Award.
