A distiguished Alumnus of St. Mary’s University, Robert has been with Carneiro Chumney since 1965 and is the firm’s Managing Partner. He was the past President of the San Antonio Chapter, Texas Society of CPAs and TSCPA. Robert is very involved in professional, community, and civiv organizations and is well known in the buisness and not-for-profit community.
