Mike Ciskowski is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Valero Energy Corporation. He joined Valero in 1985 and has had several positions in the Financial Planning and the Business and Corporate Development areas. Prior to joining Valero, Mr. Ciskowski worked for Williams Exploration Company and Getty Oil Company in the Finance and Planning areas.
Mr. Ciskowski is a native of Medford, Oklahoma, and he graduated from Central State University (Oklahoma) with BBA and MBA degrees in finance.
Mr. Ciskowski is also active in community activities. He presently serves on the Board of Trustees for United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, as well as the Board of Directors of the Valero Alamo Bowl. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Catholic Community Foundation and has served on the Boards of Directors of Providence High School, The Child Guidance Center and Seton Home. In addition, Mr. Ciskowski has served on the Advisory Council of Executives for the St. Mary’s University, School of Business.
