Co-Owner, Jordan Ford

In July of 2003 the Jordan Family decided to sell the dealership; put it on the market and Mr. Cross bought it 50/50 with the controller Mike Trompeter. In 2008 Jordan Ford was ranked 25th in the nation last year for Ford out of almost 4,000 Ford dealers. Cross is on several of Ford’s national committees including Training and Education, and National Dealer Council; Past Chairman of NADA twenty group, (NADA’s largest dealer 20 group) He is past Chairman of the San Antonio Auto Dealer Association and on the Board of Directors. He is past Chairman of the Salute to Education in San Antonio which has donated 11 million dollars in college scholarships over 20 years in Texas by Ford and Ford Dealers. Boy Scout Leader, Chairman of Friends of Scouting raising $100,000 for Boy Scouts in S.A and Little League Baseball coach several years.

For the last 3 years he has completed 3 high adventure Boy Scout trips, canoeing in Arkansas, white water rafting in Colorado and hiked/backpacked 100 miles at Philmont in New Mexico last summer.

Married to wife Gail of 27 years (also CMU grad) have 3 boys all baseball players, golfers, and Boy Scouts. Hobbies include golf, photography, baseball, and scouting. Vacations every summer in Northern Michigan and visits CMU every year.
