More than 40 years ago, I founded my annual Christmas project to provide Christmas presents and profound joy to the less fortunate children of Bexar County. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and I do individual, marriage and family counseling in a private practice setting. I have worked independently for over thirty years. My practice includes working with people struggling with depression, stress, low self esteem, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADD, ADHD, grief and loss, as well as relational issues. I collaborate with clients to overcome obstacles and previous traumas to create the life they desire. I use an Alpha-Stim® (see Alpha-Stim® section to help people eliminate stress related anxiety, depression and insomnia without the use of drugs.
I love what I do. My creative and mathematical mind makes for good problem solving!
