David has dedicated over twenty-seven years to the San Antonio and South Texas market. Serving initially as agent, then broker, then rising to be named Director of Brokerage Services for one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate companies, he has been responsible for over $200 million in transactions while also proving himself as an organizational leader.
David leads the charge for the firm’s office group, personally conducting and over¬seeing management, leasing and sales activities for this vital and growing segment. He also works with investors to match their needs to the right properties. Having participated in large transactions involving the market’s most sophisticated inves¬tors, he shares his ability to promote, negotiate, troubleshoot and close significant transactions with his team.
