Mr. Miller has extensive experience in urban design, planning and economic development. He worked in commercial real estate with Dallas-based Vantage Properties, Inc., and served as the CEO for the Rickenbacker Port Authority, Columbus, Ohio, which, as an Air Force Base, closed in 1979. Mr. Miller is responsible for leading the organization through the planning, marketing and development of Port San Antonio, the former Kelly USA.
