I am legal guardian of Alexandria M. Lopez. She was referred to George Gervin shelter by SA Probation Dept. Alexandria is a 16 yr old teen & her baby 3 wks old. I called shelter @511 Yucca and was told by Tanyna she had given Alex bus pass for her to take care of some business about birth records. Alexandria has beenat shelter 3 mths & I was never informed or receiv ed any 30-day reports as to progress. To my knowledge she has not even been assigned a caseworker. No one should give a bus pass to 16 yr old without documented proof & time of an appt for business at HSD, court, etc
