As President/CEO of the non-profit San Antonio Bowl Association, Derrick Fox is responsible for the overall administration and day-to-day operations of the Valero Alamo Bowl and its Community Festival of Events. A graduate of Duke University, Fox came to San Antonio in August 1992 after seven years with the Fiesta Bowl. He began his Fiesta Bowl career as an intern in 1986 and held the title of Director of Marketing his last three years.

Arthur Riklin served as an Air Force Officer for five years and served in the Reserve for seven years. He retired from Investments/Insurance as of January 1, 2001 and has become very involved in the San Antonio community. Arthur Riklin received the UCSA Lifetime Humanitarian Award from United Communities of San Antonio and was recognized by the 108th Congress of the United States on September 9, 2004 as a Citizen Extraordinaire, for service to the community and for his steadfast support of a strong U.S-Israel relationship.

De Leon grew up in one of America’s well known art grottos, Carmel, California. She learned to appreciate and participate in art in all its forms. Artists such as Ansel Adams and G. H. Rothe, writer, Beverly Cleary, actors, Doris Day, Clint Eastwood, Kim Novak, Betty White and Joan Fontaine as well as cartoonist Hank Ketcham were part of her small community of Carmel. Time spent going to local art galleries intensified her budding interest in the visual arts. Although, now she creates art for pleasure, attention of others has been drawn to it which has resulted in many showings of her work at such local places as the University of Texas at San Antonio Art Gallery and the San Antonio Art League and Museum.
