Marta’s has a background in Clinical Psychology and has dedicated over 20 years of professional service to vulnerable populations, mostly children. At FVPS, she initially directed the Substance Abuse Intervention Program for Youth. She became Chief Program Officer before becoming the agency’s President/CEO.
Marta changed the shelter’s name to Battered Women and Children’s Shelter, reflecting the emphasis she places on children’s services. In collaboration with local universities she created on-site educational programs to advance victim’s self-sufficiency. In collaboration with judges and CPS, Marta created a Court Liaison Program offering guidance, referral and legal services to victims.

Dr. James L. Antenen is the Executive Director and Dean of the San Antonio campus of Wayland Baptist University. He also holds the academic rank of full professor with Wayland. He came to Wayland from a position as management development consultant with San Antonio-based USAA. He served three years as Executive Vice President and then President of the Community College of the Air Force and was commander of the Occupational Measurement Center at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio before he retired from the United States Air Force.

In 1979 Ms Feldman was sent to Los Angeles to open an integrated office for Epstein International and negotiated a purchase of ISI adding interior design services to the Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers. Ms Feldman left Epstein on a leave of absence to obtain her Masters, and have a family. During her leave of absence she opened a new practice in Berkeley, CA under the name of MARTINFeldman Architects and Planners.
